These 35° angled biopsy embedding cassettes are designed for the secure processing of small and delicate tissue samples. Precision molded fine mesh openings help prevent specimen loss while allowing optimal fluid exchange during processing and embedding. The integrated one piece construction features a hinged lid that remains attached, allowing repeated opening and closing without the risk of separation. The 35° angled design provides a large slanted writing surface that improves label visibility and works well with both manual marking and automated cassette printers. A reliable snap lock closure keeps the lid securely shut, protecting tissue samples throughout the workflow. Supplied in a convenient dispenser box for easy access, these cassettes support efficient organization in busy histology and pathology laboratories. Fine mesh construction is ideal for handling small or fragile biopsy specimens while maintaining secure containment during routine processing.

These Micromesh biopsy cassettes are compatible with Leica and Sakura printers, With 1676 square openings (0.38 mm) there is greatly improved fluid exchange without having to use biopsy pads. Large anterior and posterior slots in cassette and cover ensure the biopsy cassette will sink rapidly. A large square compartment with a side measuring 27 mm is perfect, even for needle biopsies. Molded from a special high density polymer, these patented cassettes keep specimens submerged and are resistant to the chemical action of histological solvents. The Micromesh mesh ensures efficient fluid exchange and drainage. The one-piece integral lid eliminates the need for separate steel lids. They can be opened and closed as often as necessary and relock securely without danger of specimen loss. The cover does not protrude above the cassette. Anterior writing area is at a 45 degree angle to make the cassette more suitable for automated cassette printers.Color: Aqua
